会议背景介绍：

国际岩石力学学会教育委员会和中国岩石力学与工程学会教育工作委员会将联合举办“2014年国际岩石力学与工程青年学者论坛”，此次学术论坛得到国际岩石力学学会的大力支持，一批国际和国内著名的岩石力学与工程专家，会议组织委员会、学术委员会的许多成员将出席此次在我国举办的国际岩石力学与工程界的盛会。

热烈欢迎全国岩石力学界的青年学者，包括企业的工程技术人员、科研单位的研究人员、大专院校的教师和研究生踊跃参加此次学术会议。除中、青年学者外，会议也热烈欢迎国内岩石力学与工程界的知名专家、学者出席此次会议，共商岩石力学与工程界的繁荣与发展、新世纪的岩石力学教育和青年人才的培养。
