中国科协青年人才托举工程项目(2021)、江苏省优青(2022)、中国博士后特别资助项目(2023)、中国矿业大学高端人才计划-优秀青年学者年薪制特聘教授(2024)、江苏高校青蓝工程优秀青年骨干教师培育项目(2024)获得者。2017/06获中国矿业大学岩土工程专业博士学位,入选江苏省土木工程专业优秀博士毕业研究生;2014/11-2016/11在澳大利亚The University of Western Australia联合培养,2019/09-2021/09在日本Nagasaki University访问交流;主持国家自然科学基金(2面上、1青年)等纵向课题10余项,参与国家自然科学基金重点项目、国家重点研发计划项目等多项研究课题。第一/通讯作者在《Journal of Rock Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering》、《Rock Mechanics and Rock Engineering》、《岩石力学与工程学报》等期刊发表SCI/EI学术论文60余篇(ESI高被引3篇)、出版学术专著1部、授权发明专利25件、获得省部级科技奖励5项。指导研究生获国家奖学金4人次、江苏省土木工程专业优秀毕业生3人次。
