杨小军，男，1981年9月生，甘肃甘谷人，博士，研究员，就职于中国矿业大学深部岩土力学与地下工程国家重点实验室，中国矿业大学越崎学者，博士生导师，King Abdulaziz University (KAU)客座教授和杰出科学家,入选韩国Kyung Hee Univeristy(KHU)杰出人才计划，研究方向为数学物理、分数阶微积分学及其应用、分形、力学、解析数论、积分变换和特殊函数等纯粹与应用数学和力学。在Elsevier、CRC和Springer等出版社出版英文专著7部，11部书章，发表SCI收录论文160余篇。曾获杰出科学家奥巴达奖（2022，埃及）、阿塔纳西耶•斯托伊科维奇奖章（2021，塞尔维亚）、阿贝尔奖（2020，土耳其）、杰出青年研究员奥巴达奖（2019，埃及）、ICCMAS2019青年科学家奖（2019，土耳其）、ICMMAAC2019-Springer杰出研究员奖（2019，印度）、全球高被引科学家（2019和2020）、中国高被引学者（2017，2018，2019和2020）、江苏省教育科学研究成果高校自然科学类二等奖（2018，排第一）和黑龙江省科学技术三等奖（2018，排第二）。入选江苏省“333高层次人才培养工程”第三层次培养对象(江苏省中青年科学技术带头人)（2018），非洲数学联盟副理事（2019）且担任非洲数学家大会学术委员（2022）、International Journal of Geometric Methods in Modern Physics、Mathematical Methods in the Applied Sciences等10余个国际期刊任职副主编和编委。
