杨小军，男，1981年9月生，甘肃甘谷人，博士，巴基斯坦科学院外籍院士，深地工程智能建造与健康运维全国重点实验室研究员，上海翰镜科学技术中心秦九韶数学研究所主任，中国矿业大学越崎学者，博士生导师。入选教育部评审专家库专家，担任数学国家重点专项答辩评审人、长江学者评审专家和教育部科学技术奖评审专家。入选沙特King Abdulaziz University (KAU)杰出科学家和韩国Kyung Hee Univeristy (KHU)杰出人才计划。研究方向为数学物理、微积分学及其应用、分形、力学、数论、积分变换和特殊函数。在Elsevier、CRC和Springer等出版社出版英文专著7部，11部书章，发表SCI收录论文200余篇。曾获杰出科学家奥巴达奖(2022，埃及)、阿塔纳西耶•斯托伊科维奇奖章(2021，塞尔维亚)、阿贝尔奖(2020，土耳其)、杰出青年研究员奥巴达奖(2019，埃及)、ICCMAS2019青年科学家奖(2019，土耳其)、ICMMAAC2019-Springer杰出研究员奖（2019，印度)、全球高被引科学家(Thomson Reuters/Clarivate AnalyticsHighly Cited Researchers，2019、2020、2021和2022)、中国高被引学者(2017，2018，2019、2020、2021、2022和2023)、全球数学科学家领导者奖(Mathematics Leader Award，Research,2023)、世界顶尖学者奖(Highly Ranked Scholar,ScholarGPS, 2024)、江苏省教育科学研究成果高校自然科学类二等奖(2018，排第一)和黑龙江省科学技术三等奖(2018，排第二)。入选江苏省“333高层次人才培养工程”第三层次培养对象(江苏省中青年科学技术带头人(2018)，非洲数学联盟副理事(2019)且担任非洲数学家大会学术委员(2022)、International Journal of Geometric Methods in Modern Physics、Mathematical Methods in the Applied Sciences等多个国际期刊任职副主编和编委。创建国际期刊Communications in Calculus Analysis, Special Functions and Mathematical Physics并担任主编。在解析数论方面提出的原创性成果-黎曼猜想的平行猜想，被新加坡世界科技出版公司(World Scientific Publishing Company)列为《分形挑战(Fractals Challenge)》(https://www.worldscientific.com/worldscinet/fractals)。提出在特殊微积分学算子、积分变换和特殊函数方面提出原创性成果，获得国际同行命名。
