会议背景介绍：

The International Conference on Fluid Mechanics (ICFM) is the premier forum for the presentation of technological advances and research results in the fields of theoretical, experimental, and computational Fluid Mechanics. It provides a forum for researchers to exchange original ideas and recent advances in their respective research on Fluid Mechanics or relevant interdisciplinary subjects. The conference is also intended to promote interactive discussion and dialogue among scientists and engineers on commonly interested problems in the field. It was organized by the Chinese Society of Theoretical and Applied Mechanics and successful held in Beijing (1987, 1993, 1998), Dalian (2004) and Shanghai (2007).
