会议背景介绍：The Argentinian Geotechnical Engineering Society (SAIG) is pleased to invite you to the 8th South American Congress on Rock Mechanics which will be held in in Buenos Aires (Argentina) from 15th to 18th November 2015.

The Congress will be held in parallel with the 15th Pan-American Conference on Soil Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering (XV PCSMGE) and the the 6th International Symposium of Deformation Characteristics of Soils (IC- BA2015)
