Notice on 2016 Annual Progress Summary and Conclusion of Opening Fund Projects

Responsible person of each project:

According to the requirements ofManagement Approach of the construction and operation of State Key Laboratory andTentative Measures for the Open-ended Research Fundof State Key Laboratory for Geomechanics & Deep Underground Engineering, the laboratory will annually check the implementation of fund project and then hold a progress report-back meeting for the open fund.

2016 annual progress and the final report format is in the attachment. Please submit the following materials to the key laboratories or laboratory (Beijing) by post or electronically document according to the place of execution before November 25, 2016. The lab will carry out and summary the annual results statistics.

(1) Paper documents and electronic version ofAnnual Progress Report of the Open-ended Fund Projects (the projects that need to be finished directly fill out theKey Laboratory Open Conclusion Report) in triplicate;

(2) Related annexes. Papers, patents, monographs and wards etc. are included (please submit electronic documents and retrieval certificate of the paper and for other certificates, please provide scanned copies or copies), the certificates for participating in academic exchanges;

(3) Other materials that can support the open-ended fund research.

The State Key Laboratory for Geomechanics & and Deep Underground Engineering in China University of Mining and Technology is scheduled to hold a briefing meeting on the progress of open-ended fund research and a summary of the final results on December 2-4. The specific arrangements and requirements of the meeting will be announced separately. The open projects conducted in Beijing should report in the laboratory (Beijing). Please contact the laboratory (Beijing) for the details of the open project in Beijing.

Annual Summary and conclusion report are important ways to investigate the fund. Please fill out one by one in accordance with the requirements.

Subject owners who have been registered in the Open Fund Management System in the laboratory can submit electronic copies of the materials directly through the Laboratory Open Fund Management System or send the electronic files to the laboratory mailbox.
